Overview

Milner Feed & Pet Supply, a cherished local pet store with a rich heritage in Langley and a long-term client of ours, needed a website refresh. They aimed to enhance the customer experience by more effectively answering questions, showcasing the store, and increasing organic traffic with optimized SEO to connect with more customers. Our goal was to create a modern website that conveyed warmth and a welcoming feel, while also being playful and friendly, just like the store's staff. We set out to address any questions potential customers might have and create an outstanding user experience.

We designed the new website with a brand-new, high-converting homepage featuring a responsive slider to showcase the store, custom reviews, and a prominent call-to-action for potential customers to easily get directions. Quick info and store hours are boldly displayed alongside a beautiful rotating promotional banner that can be updated with store specials and deals. We also built four unique landing pages that are search engine friendly and effectively highlight what the store offers. At the end of the project, the client was thrilled with the new website that showcased their store and made it easy for customers to access the information they need.
